On May 2019 was inaugurated  “El Jardín Secreto”, a collective exposition that united fashion and illustration, which was presented in Galería Casa Uno of Campus Creativo (Santiago, Chile) of Andrés Bello University (UNAB).

The show was curated by renowned Chilean Designer and Fashion Illustrator Mr.William, and also participated other six chilean artists: Christian Orrillo, Manuela Montero, Melina Rapiman, Jorge González, Paula Blanche and Camila Cerda. 

The main goals of the show were to reflect about the relation between Fashion and Illustration, to show the importance of symbology in art and the imaginary behind the Secret Garden concept.

“Flora, goddess of spring, flowers and gardens, is one of the central figures of renaissance masterpiece “La Primavera”, by Sandro Botticelli. Flora and her exquisite embroidered dress with tuscan flowers, became in the inspiration source for the Pre-fall 2015 collection by Valentino. 

This collection together with Botticelli’s “La Primavera” were the inspiration for my illustrations. In them I aim to bring to the present the beauty of La Primavera’s garden together with the romanticism of Valentino’s dresses. Ellia Sophia and Julia are the protagonists of my watercolor artworks, modern goddesses in a mythological garden.”
